Though small and simple this painting is dear to my heart and those who have eaten at Daisy’s would understand why. This image is a time capsule of a little diner in North Vancouver B.C. Its iconic flower painting, cartoon covered table tops, bottomless coffee, and unreal breakfasts have been deeply missed. Daisy’s closed their doors during the COVID pandemic but it will forever be remembered.
